All matters and questions not covered by these regulations are at the discretion of the SCMS Board of Directors and/or Management and may be amended at any time. Any amendments to this document shall be equally binding upon publication on all parties affected by them, as are the original regulations. In the event of a dispute between an Exhibitor and the Director of Conferences and Events, it is agreed that the dispute may be referred to the President of SCMS for binding arbitration.
