Every reasonable precaution will be taken to protect exhibitors’ property during installation and removal. However, neither the conference organizers nor the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel can assume responsibility for your display during the hours the exhibit is open. Tables are to be staffed by exhibitor’s personnel at all times during the hours the exhibits are open. The doors will be locked when the exhibit area closes each day. Beyond this, neither SCMS nor the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel can assume responsibility, or be held liable, for your materials. Please keep this in mind – and for this reason, please do not leave laptops or other valuables in the exhibit area during non-show hours.

Nothing shall be posted, tacked on, nailed or screwed into, or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors or other parts of the building or furniture. Any expenses incurred in properly protecting the building, equipment or furniture therein will be the responsibility of the exhibitor.
