Please bring your own signage for your exhibit table/s. WE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO HANG ANYTHING FROM THE WALLS THIS YEAR in the exhibit area.
Easels should be requested on-site from the hotel or the event services company. To request one from the hotel, please contact Cheryl Macaraeg <email@example.com>, Senior Events Manager, Sheraton Grand Seattle. As was mentioned before, your table(s) will be labeled/designated for you at the hotel upon your arrival at the exhibition set-up but this signage will not suffice for the conference itself.
SCMS cannot guarantee that all exhibit tables will be against a wall – some might not be – so please keep that in mind. We cannot guarantee the specific placement of any exhibit table in the SCMS exhibit area – however, we always try to be as fair as possible with placement. This year, tabletop space will be assigned in the order in which exhibit contracts were received (as was specified on the contract).
Included with the purchase of your table: exhibit tables are 6 ft. long. They will be draped and skirted – linen colors are TBD. At each exhibition, there will be 2 chairs and a small wastebasket. Thank you!
