Exhibit Area: Metropolitan Ballroom, 3rd Floor – conference sessions as well as many major events take place on the same floor to increase traffic to the exhibits.

We will have your badge(s) and a conference program on your table for you when you arrive for set-up. Your badge is personalized and necessary for admittance to each SCMS Conference function. If you have questions at any time, please don’t hesitate to stop by Conference Registration and ask for Leslie LeMond or Ginger Leigh. They can get in touch with one of us.
Your boxes will be in the exhibit area when you arrive. Should you be unable to find them, please alert a Triumph Expo & Events representative.
Exhibits will be set up on Wednesday, March 13, between 2-7pm (or you can choose to do so on Thursday, March 15 between 8:30-10:30am), and dismantled on Saturday, March 17, after the trade show closes at 4pm. If at all possible, your booth should be staffed during all official exhibit hours.
